Meet the Electech Team


President/RCDD/Design Build

Todd earned an associate bachelor’s degree in electronics and electrical technology through York Technical Institute. Upon graduating from YTI, he entered into the electrical and technology industry working as a field technician. As Todd’s experience evolved he began getting into estimating and sales, and eventually into management where he managed estimating and design staff for electrical and technology projects. With the entrepreneurship desire to begin a business with Christian ethics and beliefs in the foundations America was built on, ElecTech was born in 2003 with Todd’s business partner Chris Woll. As president of ElecTech Todd’s duties span from managing the finances, sales, and estimating, to helping ElecTech’s technicians see a successful project delivery to every client.


Vice Pres. / Ops Manager / Project Manager

Chris is one of the owners of ElecTech, along with Todd Runkle. They started ElecTech to set forth a set of values in the construction industry focusing on honesty, value and customer support. Chris has been in the electrical and technology industry since 1996. Starting as a laborer in the electrical industry, Chris moved up to Project Superintendent at which time he moved to the Technology industry. Quickly moving through the ranks of being a technician to Project Superintendent , then on to Project Manager, Chris eventually was Operations Manager of both electrical and technology divisions before joining with Todd to start ElecTech. As Vice President and Operations Manager, Chris manages large projects, over sees scheduling and assists in sales. It is not unusual to see him on a jobsite helping with hands-on tasks. Chris recently successfully completed ASHE’s HHC (Healthcare Construction Certificate) course.


Joe has been with ElecTech Contracting since August of 2004, beginning in field operations then serving as a project estimator since 2007. Joe has over 15 years in the electrical and telecommunications field and has worked in every facet from budgeting and design to installation and project management.


Project Manager

Tony joined the ElecTech Contracting Team in 2007. Previously serving as a Field Technician and Project Estimator, he has been a part of the electrical and telecommunications industry since 1999. Currently as a Project Manager, Tony works closely with the client and field technicians to ensure that the project is successfully completed and done so within the given timeline. Quality installations and customer satisfaction are a key focus in Tony’s project management philosophy.


Office Manger / Accounting

Alicia has been with ElecTech since 2006. She had 6 years of office managerial experience before joining the ElecTech team. Alicia manages accounts payable and receivable, project billings, payroll and anything else thrown her way. She is the pleasant voice answering the phone when you call the ElecTech office.
